    We are Nexustours, a DMC with more than of 25 years of experience in the market focusing mainly in the sun and leisure destinations at LATAM and the Caribbean.

    We are passionate people making vacation dreams come true, we are bold in our decisions and challenge the status quo in our to evolve in a better version of ourselves.

    We are looking for ourSales Manager with experience in tour operators

    What do we expect from our candidates?

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    - At least 3 years of Commercial Management within the tourist business.
    - Experience with commercial management of Wholesales, Travel Agencies and OTA ́s.
    - Demonstrable experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients.
    - Deep understanding of market research analysis and methods
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Self-starter attitude with the ability to think strategically and take ownership.
    - Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
    - Professional proficiency in English & Spanish (other Languages are a plus).
    - Living in cancun is a must.

    What is going to be your role while making vacation dreams come true?

    Commercial Strategy definition, implementation and progress follow up in accordance with company objectives
    - Identify improvement opportunities in operational and commercial processes.
    - Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on business opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.)
    - Monitor sales performance metrics
    - Own and hit/exceed annual budget targets
    - Understand existing customer requirements to ensure their needs are met
    - Acquire new customers and manage relationships with them (both new and existing)
    - Coordinate and collaborate with various teams (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.)
    - Create and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
    - Monitor the performance of business activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management (Weekly / Monthly)
    - Help set financial goals and develop and monitor budgets
