    After a year marked by significant advances in exports and market expansion in the agribusiness sector, a company dedicated to innovation and sustainability, committed to providing high quality agricultural inputs, equipment and specialized services for retail, seeks new leadership to drive the optimization of its internal processes.

    As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will have the crucial responsibility of identifying opportunities for improvement in tax processes and implementing effective solutions to boost operational efficiency, thus contributing to the continued growth of all of the company's business units.

    Main responsabilities:

    • Ensure compliance with all tax obligations and prepare declaration presentations, following changes in tax legislation;
    • Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring that all necessary information and documents are in compliance;
    • Develop strategies and implement practices that minimize tax burdens and maximize tax efficiency, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations;
    • Collaborate with the financial and legal areas to ensure the efficient integration of tax processes and policies;
    • Ensure the correct calculation of taxes and contributions under the responsibility of your area, analyzing them in order to ensure payment compliance;
    • Identify and assess fiscal and tax risks, developing appropriate mitigation plans.

    Requiriments:

    • Advanced English;
    • Solid experience in the agribusiness or agroindustry segment;
    • Have worked in companies with multiple business units, with at least one of the business units focused on retail/wholesale;
    • Expertise in the biological active subject will be an advantage.
