    Requisitos:

    Lic. en PSICOLOGÍA O ADMINISTRACIÓN (PASANTE)Disponibilidad de horario (Lunes a Sábado)Excelente presentación.
    Experiência profesional en áreas de recursos humanos.
    Experiência deseable de reclutamiento docente.
    Trato amable hacia el personal.
    Ideal vivir cerca de la zona donde se ofrece el empleo.

    Actividades:
    Reclutar a perfiles para docentes y administrativos.
    Manejo de fuentes de reclutamiento occ, indeed entre otras.
    Realizar contratación de plantilla docente con base a los perfiles y lineamientos establecidos.
    Brindar atención y solución de problemas a docentes y administrativos siempre con una solución amable.
    Elaborar pre nomina administrativa y docente.
    Realizar expedientes de administrativos considerando baja y altas.
    Analizar los perfiles postulados para seleccionar a los mejores.
    Mejorar procesos de reclutamiento, intercambio de cartera entre otras.
