    Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an IT Support Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

    Reporting to the Information Technology Manager, IT Support Engineer role involves being responsible for Giving Support to Flex Enterprise Collaboration Technologies on America ́s Shift.


    What a typical day looks like:

    • To provide Service Now L2 support.
    • Will be responsible for operations and support of collaborative and productive Service Now.
    • Collaboration support.
    • Project execution, Automation processes.
    • Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change management processes.
    The experience we're looking to add to our team:

    • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
    • Fluent English.
    • Problem Solver.
    • Service Now knowledge or experience.
    • Customer focus.
    • Schedule availability.
    • Scripting Knowledge (any programming knowledge) is also a plus.
    • Data base knowledge is also a plus.
    • Development skills is also a plus.
