    Misión del puesto:

    Desarrollo y gestión de materiales gráficos, dirección creativa y diseño de aplicaciones para sitio web, mobile y los diferentes canales digitales visualmente atractivos, innovadores y funcionales.

    Responsabilidad y obligaciones principales

    - Manejo de áreas de diseño como tipografía, iconografía, color, espacio y textura. Utilizar conocimiento, experiencia y habilidades en todos estos campos para ayudar a nuestros usuarios a navegar con éxito y sentirse cómodos con nuestros productos (sitio web, app, newsletter y medios pagados).

    - Preparar propuestas de calidad y creativas con base a tendencias gráficas y del mundo fashion & beauty.

    - Priorizar las tareas y utilizar prácticas efectivas de gestión del tiempo para cumplir con los plazos establecidos del equipo y área.

    - Coordinar y supervisar a trainee de diseño y agencia creativa para garantizar una percepción de marca y una experiencia de usuario consistente e integrada

    - Colaborar con otros canales digitales (CRM y Paid Media) para la creación y desarrollo de comunicación visual adecuada y óptima para lograr los objetivos venta de dichos canales.

    - Traducir los requisitos comerciales de la empresa, las necesidades del usuario y los requisitos técnicos en diseños que sean visualmente atractivos, fáciles de usar y emocionalmente atractivos sin dejar de lado el ADN de la empresa por medio del seguimiento de guidelines establecidos.

    - Mantenerse al tanto de los últimos estándares, cambios y tendencias en el campo del diseño visual.

    - Interpretar guiones gráficos para contar historias visuales que apoyen el aprendizaje y experiencia de nuestros clientes. - Refinar las ideas de otros miembros del equipo y proponer otras nuevas para crear una experiencia visual altamente diseñada.

    Cualidades, experiencia y conocimientos necesarios

  • Educación: Licenciatura o experiencia equivalente en el campo del diseño gráfico.
  • Idioma: Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado Experiencia profesional y conocimientos:

  • Mínimo de tres años idealmente en agencia digital o puesto similar creando identidad de marca, reticulas, maquetaciones editoriales y aplicaciones para web, escritorio y móvil.
  • Conocimiento de paquetería Adobe (photoshop, illustrator, InDesign) After effects y otras herramientas de diseño relevantes.
  • Conocimiento de HTML/CSS como un plus.
  • Manejo de sistema operativo macOS
