    En la posición de Account Executive Wholesale serás responsable del manejo y crecimiento de Key Accounts de México, LATAM y Caribe (franquiciatarios) dando soporte en el desarrollo de planes de crecimiento alineados a las necesidades del cliente y de HUGO BOSS.

    Qué puedes esperar:


    • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de nuevos negocios y expansión con clientes existentes.

    • Responsable de un grupo de cuentas.

    • Seguimiento de las entregas, facturación, venta de stocks, pedidos, confirmaciones, presupuestos, y seguimiento de pagos.

    • Responsable durante la temporada de ventas en New York, para los clientes de toda la región de acuerdo a la línea de la cual se es responsable.

    • Solicitar, registrar y analizar las ventas retail mensuales de cada uno de los clientes.

    • Elaboración de los presupuestos por temporada y anuales de los clientes asignados de acuerdo a los objetivos establecidos para el área.

    • Seguimiento semanal para el logro del plan de facturación mensual y cumplimiento del delivery junto con las áreas involucradas.

    Tu perfil:

    • Demostrar solidez en capacidades analíticas.
    • Tener experiencia comprobada en liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
    • Dominar Excel a un nivel avanzado (se realizará una prueba de evaluación).
    • Comunicar claramente, tanto de forma oral como escrita.
    • Tener la habilidad demostrada para desarrollar relaciones sólidas interfuncionales.
    • Adaptarse fácilmente a situaciones cambiantes y mostrar flexibilidad en la gestión de prioridades.
    • Utilizar un proceso de pensamiento lógico para resolver problemas.
    • Gestionar múltiples tareas y prioridades en un entorno dinámico.
    • Realizar un seguimiento del progreso de los proyectos de merchandising y garantizar su finalización oportuna.
    • Contar con experiencia previa en roles de merchandising, preferiblemente en la industria minorista.
    • Tener un fuerte sentido de responsabilidad y compromiso, así como la capacidad de trabajar hacia objetivos y KPIs.
    • Se requiere contar con VISA Y PASAPORTE vigentes, además de disponibilidad para viajar al extranjero
