    The Global Client Pursuits (GCP), Manager/Assistant Manager, Americas will lead the Firm's key pitches and panels for top clients in a high-performing global team of pitch professionals. Based in the Americas, this role involves coordinating client pitch processes, sharing best practices, and contributing to process development and training. The ideal candidate should be a skilled pitch professional with experience in panels and bids.

    Tasks led by the central global team are usually high-value, involve multiple jurisdictions, and require multi-practice expertise. Apart from handling large panels and complex proposals, there is a need to manage strategically important smaller proposals, collaborating with junior team members and regional BDMC colleagues.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and deliver key pitches independently or as part of a team, overseeing the proposal process from start to finish for high-value bids/pitches and panel proposals
    • Oversee and manage regional or global projects contributing to the Global Client Pursuits strategy
    • Develop client-centric content and coordinate resources to ensure high-quality proposals are delivered on time
    • Assess proposal opportunities, collaborate with partners to decline irrelevant opportunities, and coordinate teams effectively for pursued opportunities
    • Collaborate with various Firm resources to develop key messages and content for client deliverables
    • Provide support on pitches, share best practices, and create clear briefs for team members
    • Coach and train junior team members, contribute to service delivery, and demonstrate alignment with team guidelines

    Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • Experience in BD/communications in professional services with proposal development experience
    • Strong organization and project management skills to handle multiple projects independently
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with remote teams and stakeholders
    • Persuasive communication and diplomacy skills with a client service focus
    • Fluency in English, Spanish language proficiency is a plus
    • Strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to coach and influence
    • Drive, energy, flexibility, and a can-do attitude
