    Job Description:

    *This position is remote living in Mexico*


    At DXC we use the power of technology to deliver mission critical IT services that our customers need to modernize operations and drive innovation across their entire IT estate. We provide services across the Enterprise Technology Stack for business process outsourcing, analytics and engineering, applications, security, cloud, IT outsourcing and modern workplace.


    Our DXC Application services team works with our customers as a trusted partner to help simplify, modernize, and accelerate mission-critical applications that support business agility and growth. Customers work with us to take advantage of the latest digital platforms with both custom and packaged applications, ensure resiliency, launch new products and enter new markets with minimal disruption.

    As a .NET Production Support, you will be responsible for providing L2/L3 support to customers by researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents and providing support for software bugs and other technical problems for several applications.



    What you will do:

    • Support a team of software engineers in the development of software products and solutions, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical support.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.
    • Assist in the professional growth and mentorship of team members through regular feedback, coaching, and career development planning.
    • Contribute to the execution of the software engineering strategy, participating in strategic discussions and technology assessments.
    • Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure efficient project execution.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, working to resolve issues as they arise.
    • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

    Who you are:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 3 to 5 years of experience with .NET, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role year of experience in software engineering.
    • SQL
    • Strong programming and debugging skills.
    • Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Fluent in English.

    Work Environment:

    • Remote living in Mexico.
