    Job Description
    Join us as an Application Support Engineer specializing in Java to play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and performance of Hybris Services platforms. Your responsibilities will involve resolving technical issues, collaborating with various teams, and maintaining the stability of Java applications within the Hybris ecosystem. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of Java applications, strong problem-solving abilities, and thrives in a dynamic support environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 support issues for the Hybris e-commerce platform and Java applications.
    • Identify and address technical challenges to enhance system performance.
    • Handle Level 4 incidents promptly and efficiently.

    Performance Monitoring

    • Monitor and optimize the performance of Hybris and Java applications.
    • Proactively address system issues and bottlenecks.
    • Implement performance enhancement strategies.
    • Document troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
    • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure system reliability.
    • Identify automation opportunities for improved efficiency.

    Hybris Configuration

    • Customize and configure the Hybris platform based on client specifications.
    • Collaborate with developers to implement system changes.
    • Ensure the seamless functioning of the Hybris architecture.

    About You

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • 5 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring.
    • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
    • Proficient in GITHUB, Docker, and Monitoring Tools.
    • Exhibit business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Experience in performance monitoring and tuning preferred.
