    Objetivo:

    Seguir el kpi de clientes afiliados y activos en el canal, hacer sinergia con las areas de operación para hacer estrategias de afiliación del canal digital, realizar comunicación activa de clientes del banco para hacerlos clientes digitales por los distintos medios como, email, notificaciones, mensajes, etc. Realizara la atracción y adquisición de clientes digitales así como los procesos y campañas de adquisición.

    Funciones:

  • Análisis de datos, inteligencia de negocio, construcción de procesos y modelos de omnicanal.
  • Diseño de campañas y seguimiento de iniciativas comerciales
  • Inspeccionar junto con los stakeholders los cambios del mercado y el potencial uso del producto.
  • Diseño e interpretación de Funnels para canales digitales
  • Manejo de KPI ́s digitales y alineación con objetivos de negocio
  • Optimización continúa de la experiencia digital
