- Become the KTSA representative to acquire goods and services, PO creation and tracking deliveries, vendor management, development, and selection. Savings and DPO improvement.
- Business unit support with all related to purchasing processes and policy: Search and development of new vendors, goods, and services that can accomplish all company needs; Develop a purchase program aligned with different stakeholders needs
- Manage all contracts signed on behalf of KTSA and create reports of each agreement including due date and key T & C's
- Manage all KTSA vendors and create spend and DPO monthly reports related to them.
- Be the category owner with the stakeholder and become the focal point for agreements, contracts, and specific negotiations according to policy.

Responsibility Summary:
The KTSA Procurement Coordinator works to manage all aspects of the KTSA ongoing supplier-related requirements and supporting the KTSA relationship. The objective of the role is to ensure the benefits of the operating model linked to the management of all the direct and indirect vendor relationships for KTSA Operation.
Subject matter expert in Strategic Sourcing related to Facilities, General Services, Vendor Management, Contract Management
The Procurement Coordinator process, controls and participates in the contract execution process- such as master agreements, renewals, amendments, service agreements and SOWs; resolving problems, mitigating delays, mediating disputes, escalating issues, and is the point-person across various legal, compliance and risk mitigation departments to ensure adherence with respective policies and achievement of relevant contractual terms.
The ideal candidate will possess:
1). 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and operational/value generating initiatives
2). Knowledge and expertise on the following categories: Facilities, Travel, and Non-Technology among others
3). The strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills to act as an effective change agent.
4). A consistent track record of delivering business impact in a complex corporate environment and Excellent analytical skills, communication skills, business travel acumen, influencing skills, and the ability to work in a team environment are also critical
