    Description

    Functions and Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with Strategy & Sourcing staff and Procurement leadership to streamline the procurement process.
    • Conduct sourcing projects following Firm guidelines, promoting transparency and fairness in bidding processes.
    • Engage with various departments to identify requirements, select suppliers, and implement management strategies.
    • Interact with department leaders, customer groups, and suppliers to support purchase decisions and provide status updates on sourcing projects.
    • Lead sourcing projects with global, cluster, and local impact, assisting in negotiations and drafting contracts with suppliers.
    • Drive procurement strategies for different categories and subcategories.
    • Negotiate supplier contracts to achieve optimal cost and benefits for the Firm.
    • Apply commodity knowledge to secure favorable contracts that benefit the Firm.
    • Utilize negotiation skills internally and externally to meet contract requirements.
    • Implement best practices to ensure cost-effective and quality contracts.
    • Work with the Operations team to follow best practices.

    Preferred Skills

    Bachelor's degree
    Advanced English

    Minimum Years Experience Required

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement strategies and processes.
