    Job Description

    Zendesk supports companies in enhancing relationships with their customers by focusing on quality products and fostering strong teams. The year 2023 has been full of excitement as we grow rapidly towards reaching our revenue goals.

    To achieve success, we need a proficient Presales team to assist in pooled accounts, the core of our business. This team will engage with customers from all segments, emphasizing speed, agility, and leveraging standard tools and demos to quickly close deals. The role will be dynamic, fast-paced, and pivotal in laying the groundwork for customers to expand their relationship with Zendesk.

    We are seeking an Associate Solution Consultant in Mexico City to offer dedicated support to the crucial market team in that region. Your primary focus will be on supporting sales teams and customers in North and South America, with potential global exposure as part of our international team.

    Job Overview:

    As an Associate Solutions Consultant, you will assist our global sales team by providing technical and functional support for key opportunities. Whether it's a large Enterprise Account with minimal investment plans or a complete solution for an SMB customer, your goal is to quickly grasp their needs and showcase how Zendesk can address them.

    Your main objective is to secure product selection, acting as the technical liaison between our Sales team and prospects. This involves supporting the technical aspect of the relationship with prospects, ensuring customer satisfaction by conveying technical details through remote calls and video conferences.

    What you bring to the table:

    • 2-5 years of related experience with at least 1 year in software pre-sales.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills.
    • Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
    • Problem-solving abilities, connecting business requirements with technical solutions.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a proactive attitude.
    • Passion for the role and excellent people skills.

    Additional skills that would be a plus:

    • Familiarity with web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications.
    • Experience in Call Centers or collaboration with them, including knowledge of key metrics and best practices.
    • Proficiency in Portuguese.

    HYBRID WORK MODEL: While we prioritize digital operations, this role offers a hybrid experience that combines onsite interaction, learning, and networking with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The role requires weekly attendance at our Mexico City office, with specific in-office schedules to be coordinated with the hiring manager.

    Please note that candidates selected for this role must be situated in and committed to working from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
