- Responsible for monthly CPF submission and process NS claims and government paid leave submission
- Submit income tax related documents for foreign employees
- Assist in full cycle of recruitment process
- Analyse salary structure and benefits of company
- Assist in performance management related activities
- Review HR operation procedures and policies such as staff handbook and employment contract
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Good knowledge of regulations such as Employment Act, CPF and IRAS
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all employees
- Someone who is a strong team player, attentive to details
- Ability to work independently and who is good in multitasking
