    Your Impact

    As Analytics Manager Latam your scope would consist of:

    • Strategy Development: Define and implement a comprehensive personalization strategy that leverages data analytics, AI, and ML to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
    • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse team of data scientists, analysts, and marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
    • Data Governance: Ensure the integrity, privacy, and security of customer data, adhering to all relevant regulations and ethical standards.
    • Technology Oversight: Oversee the selection and implementation of advanced analytics platforms and tools necessary for personalization initiatives.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, marketing, sales, and product development teams to align personalization efforts with overall business objectives.
    • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for personalization initiatives, monitoring effectiveness and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
    • Customer Insight: Leverage customer data and analytics to understand customer behaviors, preferences, and trends, translating insights into actionable personalization strategies.
    • Innovation and Experimentation: Foster a culture of experimentation, encouraging the testing of new personalization techniques and technologies to continually improve customer experiences.

    Qualifications

    Who Are We Looking For?

    Education

    • A Bachelor's in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, with a strong quantitative orientation
    • Desirable Master's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

    Experience

    • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in analytics or data science, with proven expertise in Python, R, or similar programming languages, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
    • Solid track record of managing projects and engaging stakeholders, preferably within the marketing or CPG sectors, demonstrating an ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
    • Exceptional leadership qualities with a demonstrated capacity to lead a team towards innovative data-driven solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the analytics team.
    • Desirable experience in CDP platforms.
