    Como ingeniero de procesos serás responsable estandarizar y optimizar los procesos de producción del área, trabajando para mejorar la productividad y calidad de los productos mediante la aplicación de las herramientas del FES. Dando seguimiento a las actividades de mejora y participando en los equipos de nuevos proyectos para el óptimo desarrollo en serie.

    Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Realizar las actividades asignadas en los QRCI UAP.
  • Optimizar los puestos de trabajo en base a las metodologías del sistema FES.
  • Asegurar el respeto de los controles de proceso.
  • Seguimiento a implementación de acciones para eliminar condiciones inseguras.
  • Consultas en SAP de niveles de inventarios.
  • Apoyar en la implementación de las acciones de mejora del área definidas en las juntas.
  • Seguimiento a la implementación SMED y KANBAN (si aplica).
  • Ajustar los procesos si se requiere.
  • Cálculo de No. De tarjetas KANBAN y definición de shop stock.
  • Aplicar las herramientas de mejora continua en las líneas y procesos.
  • Cumplir lo establecido en el código de ética y administración.

    • Requerimientos clave:

  • Ingeniería Mecánica o Industrial, carrera afín o competencia desarrollada.
  • Inglés avanzado
  • Procesos de ensamble/ Inyección de plásticos y pintura /decorativos.
  • Actualización de QRCI por la nueva metodología Kata.
  • SAP (Módulo productivo y logística.)
