What will be your challenges? Coordinate and supervise the comprehensive financial reporting process for trusts, ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information presented.
Perform comprehensive analysis of financing contracts to evaluate terms and conditions, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure legal and financial compliance.
Develop strategies and criteria to optimally allocate financial assets to trusts, considering factors such as risk, return and liquidityCreate detailed financial models to forecast and manage cash flows associated with financings, including estimating income, expenses, amortization and other capital movements.
Lead and coordinate due diligence processes to assess the financial and legal feasibility of commercial transactions, mergers or acquisitions.What makes you super attractive to Nexu: 4 to 6 years of experience in Capital Markets or Structured Finance.
