    " PEAK & Productivity Manager " Esta enfocado en entregar resultados sobre los cuatro bloques de productividad: Plantas de manufactura Acuna (Make). Se focaliza en la construcción de habilidades en la gente, procesos y tecnología, para desarrollar la estrategia global corporativa que soporte de ahorros de la compañía y ayude a disminuir de manera exponencial los efectos financieros adversos como la inflación, alzas de tasas y costos, por medio de la identificación, desarrollo, soporte, coaching a todas las iniciativas de proyectos de productividad del sitio.

    El " PEAK & Productivity Manager " es la persona encargadadel desarrollo de los procesos, experiencia, metodologías, habilidades y conocimientos para alcanzar los objetivos corporativos de productividad, debe inferir en todos los proyectos de planta Acuna, dando seguimiento a las métodologías de cálculo para el aseguramiento del cumplimiento de la política de productividad corporativa, creando simulaciones y valoraciones requeridas para asegurar el funcionamiento del proyecto, coordinando equipos de trabajo, orientando y asignando las tareas que debe cumplir cada miembro del equipo, planificando y supervisando todas las fases y gastos del proyecto para al final poder cumplir con todas las aprobaciones en las fases de ICLE de Productivity Corporate Tracker.

    El " PEAK & Productivity Manager" lidera PEAK, la estrategia de mejora continua de Newell. Donde apoya con herramientas de Mejora continua a la Implementación de los PEAK PACS (Procesos, Aplicaciones, Capacidades y Sistemas) en un entorno de Fábrica/Almacén.

    · Apoyar para alcanzar el objetivo anual de Productividad en planta Acuna

    · Apoyar la gobernanza de la productividad y la gestión del programas con informes mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.

    · Apoyo en el desarrollo de presupuestos de productividad de MFG a nivel de sitio.

    · Proporcionar análisis de proyectos de ahorros en el presupuesto anual.

    · Crear una red con otros líderes de Manufactura Peak compartir "mejores prácticas".

    · Realizar la validación regular y periódica de cada proyecto/iniciativa con cada función o departamento.

    · Establecer estrategias, planes y tácticas de implementación mensuales, trimestrales y anuales para el sitio (incluidas las funciones de las 4-Wall)

    · Alinear las iniciativas de CI con el Plan Estratégico Global y la estrategia de implementación PEAK

    · Aumentar la conciencia y la cuantificación de pérdidas utilizando las herramientas de PEAK

    · Carácter fuerte y características de liderazgo

    · Habilidad para motivar, desarrollar personas, comunicar, escuchar y percibir

    · De mente abierta y capaz de aprender de los demás.

    · Alta credibilidad hacia todos los empleados.

    · Bien organizado y manejo adecuado del tiempo

    Escolaridad

    · Cualquier Licenciatura relacionada

    · Probabilidad y estadistica.

    · Power BI o alguna herramienta de análisis de datos como MiniTab, Tableu, SQL.

    · Excel Avanzado

    · 3 años de experiencia en Cadenas de suministro.

    · Disponibilidada para viajar (3 -5 veces por año)

    · Experiencia y/o certificación estratégica y táctica Lean, TPM o Six Sigma

    Experiencia

    · Liderazgo, analítico, capaz de trabajar bajo presión, multitarea

    · Conocedor de todas las fases del ciclo de vida de la gestión de proyectos.

    · Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.

    · Fuertes habilidades analíticas, de pensamiento crítico y de resolución de problemas.

    · Experiencia liderando grandes proyectos y cronogramas

    · Experiencia liderando la implementación de una metodología de Mejora Continua (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma)
