    Descripción
    1. Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and align HR initiatives accordingly
    2. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters such as performance management, employee relations, and talent development
    3. Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement HR programs, policies, and procedures that support business objectives
    4. Lead workforce planning initiatives, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
    5. Drive employee engagement and initiatives to create a positive and inclusive workplace
    6. Conduct investigations into employee relations issues and recommend appropriate resolutions
    7. Provide coaching and development support to managers and employees to enhance leadership and team effectiveness
    8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
    9. Partner with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and equitable reward programs
    10. Play a key role in change management initiatives and help drive organizational effectiveness
    Recursos Humanos|Human Resources
    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
    2. 7 to 10 years as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role
    3. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
    4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
    5. Proven expertise in handling complex employee relations matters and conflict resolution
    6. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives
    7. Demonstrated expertise in driving change management initiatives
    8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment
