    Condé Nast México y Latinoaméricaestá en búsqueda de unProduction Managerque le apasione la producción y tenga un background publicitario, el cual pueda ser parte del proceso de inicio a fin, desde ser parte de lo creativo/estratégico/viabilidad hasta la entrega de la pieza final, siempre cuidando la optimización, los buenos resultados y de la mano con la curaduría deCondé Nast.

  • Proyectos de inicio a fin:
  • Conceptualización creativa -> management cliente (en caso de ser necesario), comercial, business solution y equipo creativos.
  • Pre producción -> Realizar budgets, time tables, selección y comunicación con proveedores, envíos de llamados, plan de rodaje, presencia y coordinaciones y ejecuciones en Kick Offs + PPI + PPM.
  • Producción/Film -> Responsable de toda la producción día de film y supervisión a proveedores, comunicación con área creativa, comunicación con área comercial, comunicación encargado talento/management. Acompañamiento desde la producción que todo esté en orden.
  • Post Producción -> Offline + Online -> Confirmar que lo pedido se esté realizando junto con coordinador de post y equipo, encargado de entregas hacia creatividad/comercial/business solution.
  • Cierre proyecto (administrativo)-> Cerrar el proyecto a más tardar 1 semana después de haber filmado.
  • Respetar work-flows y herramientas a llevar a cabo en cada proyecto
  • De ser necesario pitchar proyectos.
  • Comunicación constante con el encargado de operación para temas de proveedores, cierres de proyectos.
  • Constantes estrategias de optimización de costos.
  • Comunicación y coordinaciones constante con encargado talento, productores, creativos, director.
  • Creación de nuevas propuestas audiovisuales.
  • Reporte y comunicación constante a Dirección de área.
  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años idealmente en agencias y productoras de publicidad.
