    Descripción

    El Project Manager Intern contribuirá al desarrollo y ejecución de proyectos de innovación en Ingredion. Su misión es aprender y adquirir habilidades prácticas en la gestión de proyectos, colaborando con el equipo para lograr resultados exitosos.

    Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Apoyo en la Investigación y Análisis: Recopilará información relevante sobre productos, competidores y mercados.
  • Participación en la Planificación de Proyectos: Colaborará en la definición de objetivos, alcance, recursos y cronograma para proyectos específicos.
  • Seguimiento y Coordinación: Aprenderá a monitorear el progreso de los proyectos, identificar posibles desviaciones y comunicarse con los miembros del equipo para coordinar esfuerzos de mejora. Asistirá en la coordinación de actividades y en la resolución de problemas.
  • Evaluación de Resultados: Contribuirá en la evaluación de los resultados obtenidos en los proyectos. Analizará el impacto de las innovaciones implementadas y proporcionará recomendaciones para futuras mejoras.
  • Colaboración Interdepartamental: Trabajará en conjunto con otros departamentos, como Innovación, Marketing y Ventas, para asegurar la alineación de los proyectos con los objetivos de la empresa.
  • Desarrollo de Habilidades Técnicas y de Comunicación: Participará en capacitaciones y talleres para fortalecer sus habilidades en gestión de proyectos, comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.

    • Requerimientos:

  • Estudiante de los últimos semestres de las carreras de Administración, Ing. Industrial, Ing. en alimentos e Ing. Química/Química de alimentos o afín.
  • Indispensable tener un año de matrícula escolar vigente o estudiantes de penúltimo semestre.
  • Inglés intermedio
  • Habilidad para realizar presentaciones utilizando las herramientas de Microsoft Office.
  • Uso de la herramienta de Teams.
  • Habilidades comunicación y para hablar en público.
  • Preferentemente haber cursado una materia de proyectos en la universidad / desarrollo de producto o servicio.
  • Experiencia con algún proyecto o previa experiencia en emprendimiento.
