    We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofWSI (Workforce Strategy and Insights) Consulting AdvisorDevelopment

    Role purpose

    ·Focused: Efficient and best in class delivery of consulting materials and solutions to WSI Consultants, HR and Business stakeholders.

    ·Expert: Be the driving force behind closing the gap between the WSI team and our stakeholders.

    ·Outward Looking: Stay informed about industry research and benchmarking and driving the inclusion of the external perspective in our products and services.

    Requirements

    Functional Knowledge and requirements

    ·Understanding of Analytics best practice, external trends, and developments.

    ·Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes.

    ·Expert in Agile project management and process optimization.

    ·Experience of working in a large matrix organization, ideally international.

    · 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.

    · Bachelor's degree minimum. Master's degree is a plus
