- Own and drive business improvement goals by working with Operations, Category Leaders, In-Stock Managers, Engineering, Product and Finance partners to enact change planning systems and/or inventory management processes.
- Work with internal teams to drive system, tools, audits and process improvements that impact purchasing and vendor management workflow, with emphasis on automating tasks
- Drive clear, precise, and regular communication with stakeholders to include ongoing project/program status via monthly and quarterly planning reviews.
- Drive senior business decisionmaking based on analytical findings.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of managing stakeholders in crossfunctional project experience
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

The Amazon Mexico team is looking for an experienced Supply Chain PM, with a strong delivery record and senior leadership experience to own and manage strategic, cross-functional supply chain projects.
This high-visibility role will require working with Business/Tech teams across the company and around the world to prioritize projects which support both new products/programs and existing operations and supply chain systems.
This role offers an opportunity to drive improved inventory outcomes and increase the quality and speed at which we deliver our customers' orders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required Successful candidates should excel at diving into data in order to analyze root causes and implement simple, long term solutions.
The position requires an individual who can work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and effective prioritization.
