    Software Development Manager - Monterrey, México - Epicor

    The Job As Manager, Product Development you will lead a team of developers with responsibility to design, build and maintain our retail SaaS application. You will work with a team of full stack developers and product managers on successfully implementing new features for our retail ERP and Point of Sale application Propello. You will also guide and mentor developers on technical deliverables and provide performance feedback.

    What you will be doing

  • Lead a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining our retail SaaS application, Propello.
  • Collaborate with full stack developers and product managers to implement new features for our retail ERP and Point of Sale application.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful execution of objectives.
  • Offer timely and clear direction to achieve outcomes and review deliverables.
  • Mentor and support developers, providing performance feedback and addressing training needs.
  • Establish functional requirements and review solutions to meet organizational needs.
  • Oversee the implementation of Agile software development methodology in scrum teams.
  • What you will likely bring

  • 3+ years managing and developing employees
  • Strong decision making skills.
  • Customer Orientation.
  • Strong communication skills, analytical skills, and thorough understanding of product development.
  • Past experience in coding in Python and or JavaScript / Angular
  • Experience working with global team
  • What will set you apart

  • 8+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • 3+ years of specialized/industry experience (Retail ERP preferred)
  • Experience with cloud based analytics applications like Domo / Tableau or similar including data integration.
