La presente posición tiene como función proncipal ser el canal de comunicación entre el cliente y CEVA, buscando:
Mantener el nível de satisfacción con el cliente
Control y seguimiento de métricas y KPI's
Vigilar la adecuada ejecución de los requerimientos del cliente
Vigilar que los SLA sean cubiertos
Dar seguimiento a la rentabilidad de la cuenta.
