    Tendrás la oportunidad de:

    Analizar los procesos Logísticos y de abastecimientos de Ia compañia, diseñar e implementa mejoras en los procesos de negocios, brindar soporte a la operación en general.

    Tu principal misión será:

  • Diseñar e implementar los procesos y mejoras de integración de nuestros warehose systems Manhattan Scala en toda la organización
  • Acompaña en conjunto con el equipo de IX logistics la integracion del WMS en las nuevas operaciones de las Subsidirias.
  • Identifica errores y propone ajustes necesarios para el buen manejo del sistema.
  • Realiza y hace mejoras a la documentación de los procesos diseñados para los proyectos de nuevas bodegas incluyendo la interacción del usuario con el sistema (SOPs)
  • Apoyo en el desarrollo de material de capacitación MWS Manhattan Scale
  • Lleva a cabo, junto con el equipo de sistemas, las capacitaciones para el personal de las bodega de las nuevas implementaciones
  • Desarrollo de indicadores de medición de las operaciones implementadas (KPI ́s)
  • Soporte en la estabilización de las implementaciones de los nuevos centros de distribución una vez se de la salida en vivo
  • Soporte a la operación logística diaria de los nuevos centros de distribución una vez se dé la salida en vivo del proyecto
  • Gestión de proyectos, desarrollo de planes de proyectos y supervisión del rendimiento
  • Actualización, implementación y mantenimiento de procedimientos
  • Servir como enlace entre las partes interesadas
  • Realizar las configuraciones en el sistema para los nuevos ambientes de WMS y nuevos requerimientos.

    • Requisitos:

  • Profesional ingeniería de sistemas o industrial
  • 3 años de experiencia en áreas de operaciones o Logística brindando soporte al manejo de WMS
  • Ingles B1
  • Excel Intermedio avanzado
  • WMS Scale intermedio
