    Empresa global se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Salesforce Marketing Cloud Operation



    Requisitos:

    Requisitos:

    • Idealmente 5-6 años de experiencia
    • La Experiencia indispensable es manejar Salesforce Marketing Cloud a nivel operativo-usuario o administración.

    Funciones y competencias:

    • Impulsar la definición de procesos para las operaciones de marketing de comercio electrónico, incluidos boletines por correo electrónico, notificaciones push y SMS con equipos globales.
    • Ser la principal contraparte de los procesos para las partes interesadas en las operaciones de marketing y cualquier actualización de los flujos de trabajo o herramientas.
    • Facilitar las aportaciones de las partes interesadas y permitir una definición y priorización eficaces de los requisitos empresariales.
    • Actuar como asesor y experto operativo para el mercado local.
    • Es responsable de la ejecución de campañas de marketing por correo electrónico y notificaciones push, incluida la configuración, el despliegue, las pruebas y la elaboración de informes.
    • Establecer normas de control de calidad y pruebas para los envíos de boletines de marketing.
    • Establecer el área de práctica de Operaciones de Marketing para el mercado impulsando una cultura de excelencia operativa
    • Dirigir y hacer crecer un equipo de expertos funcionales responsables de las Operaciones de Marketing
    • Gran dominio de la lengua inglesa, habilidades de comunicación y presentación, y confianza para hablar en grupo y compartir perspectivas sobre las operaciones de marketing.
    • Experiencia colaborando con partes interesadas del negocio y terceras partes para establecer procesos eficientes y escalables
    • Experiencia liderando y desarrollando equipos de expertos funcionales
    • Inglés Avanzado Conversacional
    • Escolaridad: Titulado o Pasante (En proceso de Titulación)
