    Position:
    Engineering Manager
    Requirements:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
    • Experience:
    Minimum of 5 years working as an engineering manager in the plastics industry.- Special Courses (preferred): Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement, quality control systems ISO4064 Standard

    Activities:

    • Recruit, coach, and mentor engineering staff to deliver excellence to both internal and external customers.
    • Establish clear, measurable goals and objectives aligned with corporate strategic direction.
    • Manage technical support to sustain companywide growth initiatives, strategy, and cost reductions.
    • Identify opportunities to reduce costs through process and system streamlining, including modifying responsibilities, consolidating tasks, eliminating nonvalueadded processes, or complete process reengineering.
    • Demonstrate leadership competence by rehabilitating troubled workcells or assisting during product launches.
    • Drive consistent and structured work content throughout the enterprise.
    • Optimize processes and manage resources effectively.
    • Ensure parts meet specified requirements.
    • Supervise personnel to ensure adherence to continuous improvement processes and safety protocols.
    • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and facility.
    • Monitor and follow up on KPIs and goals.
    • Develop and implement work plans.
    • Promote a safety culture among the team.
    • Support and implement safety tools, including Pre-Task Plans, Safe Operating Practices, Safety Observation Tours, and Incident Investigations.
    • Proficiency in plastic processing techniques is essential.
    • Advanced proficiency in English.
