    About this role

    Are you intellectually curious? Do you have a knack for solving puzzles? Do you want to make an impact? If yes, then this role is right for you. As a Business Research Manager at Infomineo, you'll be responsible for supporting clients with the insights they need to make critical business decisions across different regions and industries.

    You will be joining one of our teams and working from the office you've applied to. This is a client facing role in which you will work closely with clients to answer their business questions through delivery of outstanding quality research based on credible sources and solid research methodologies. The subjects you will be working on will be rarely the same. You will be challenged in this role, but also supported, by your managers, Professional Development Coach and peers, to grow and acquire the skills you need to reach your professional potential.

    What you will do? Key job requirements will be your ability to

    • Autonomously lead a team of analysts and associates in business and investment research
    • Act as the primary contact for our clients, perform QA and adapt QA processes for the team ensuring that all deliverables are of Infomineo quality
    • Manage projects by setting priorities, timelines, and responsibilities
    • Manage multiple teams, clarify objectives
    • Act as a professional development coach to junior colleagues
    • Train, lead and coach a team, clarifying each team member's responsibilities and setting up clear processes
    • Contribute to client development through proposals
    • Ensure a high level of motivation within the team to deliver excellence

    Who you are?

    Background & linguistic skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, finance, engineering or any relevant field
    • Master's degree/ professional diploma in similar field will be an add on
    • 5 years of experience in a business insights field in LatAm (consulting, data analysis, data processing, data analytics or market research) with 1 year of team management experience
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a advantageous (e.g.: Portuguese, French, Italian)

    • Good understanding of business and economic concepts with the ability to deal with ambiguity and be resourceful
    • Strong analytical skills & ability to analyze complex problems creatively
    • Excellent numerical skills & ability to interpret quantitative figures
    • Ability to build strong arguments using data and facts
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
