    The position and your daily adventures

    This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we will expect to see you in the office 2-3 times a week.

    We're currently looking for a FP&A Senior Analyst that will help with planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis activities to support the company's major business decisions and overall financial status.

    • Provide business leaders with fast and accurate financial analysis and advice.
    • Forecast the impact of potential decisions on cash flow and results to present to mgmt. and investors.
    • Assess and monitor the overall financial health of the business and investments.
    • Help build and maintain detailed financial models and projections.
    • Create agile and integrated financial plans for multiple scenarios.
    • Collaborate with departments to prepare and consolidate budgets.
    • Align corporate strategy with execution and track performance.
    • Identify and assess new revenue opportunities and risk.
    • Operational monthly tracking of performance and financial indicators.

    You and your assets

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance
    • 2-3 years of job experience (experience in financial planning, investment banking and/or private equity is a plus)
    • Advanced Excel
    • Understand key drivers of financial statements
    • Understanding of COGS and their main drivers
    • A plus: Previous experience in Banking or Fintech sectors
    • Ability to work and think independently with limited direction and oversight
    • Strong interpersonal skills and proven collaboration/teamwork experience
    • Actively participate in the improvement of processes and deliverables
    • English fluency required
