- Become an ambassador of the Workplace Experience team ensuring our customers (our employees) have a comfortable and functional work space to perform well in
- Lead projects and initiatives to improve the workplace through creating and documenting policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards for the office space environment
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to continually improve our office operations
- Establish strong working relationships with all local vendors, and have budget oversight into our programs while partnering with your manager to inform program decisions
- Partner with Workplace Experience team members in other offices to share best practices, align on processes, and ensure employees receive a consistent experience
- Use our JIRA ticketing system to receive and respond to work requests, determining the nature of the problem(s) and either completing the request or recommending appropriate solutions to employees promptly while maintaining the assigned SLAs
- Oversee set-ups and tear-downs of multi-purpose spaces, meeting rooms, and training areas
- Conduct an overview of the specific needs of the space, including furniture needs, office and kitchen supplies, and pertinent repairs and maintenance, as well as office projects, tasks, and duties as needed
- Coordinate, plan, and support office and team moves from planning to completion
- Able to lift/move 25 pounds
- Have vendor management skills
- Have previous experience with Google Suite, Slack, and Jira
- Feel comfortable communicating in both Spanish and English
- Are excited to Be an Owner and tackle a project from start to finish with minimal oversight

- Have 2+ years of recent facilities or hospitality experience providing direct office support
