- Desarrollar e implementar programas de capacitación para el personal de ventas, tanto en el ámbito técnico como en el comercial.
- Coordinar y supervisar actividades de educación continua para odontólogos y otros profesionales de la salud bucal.
- Brindar soporte educativo y técnico a clientes y distribuidores a través de cursos, seminarios y materiales didácticos.
- Colaborar con el departamento de marketing en la creación de material educativo y promocional.
- Evaluar la efectividad de los programas de capacitación y proponer mejoras.
