    & SummaryA career in our Managed Services team will provide you an opportunity to collaborate with a wide array of teams to help our clients implement and operate new capabilities, achieve operational efficiencies, and harness the power of technology.

    The Finance & Accounting Managed Services team provides support by addressing the challenges of achieving appropriate standards of control, efficient back office opportunities, transforming finance function by executing strategies to reduce functional and operational complexity through streamlined processes, optimising use of technology, and efficiently using resources to deliver cost effective, high quality services to all stakeholders. The team delivers core finance & accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Compliance and Controls, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, General Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, and Treasury.

  • Preferred Knowledge/Skills

    Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:

    · Providing client senior management with pertinent analysis and information needed to make operational, financial and strategic decisions;

    · Establishing effective utilization of financial resources, tools, and technologies;

    · Liaising effectively with client Controller, Treasury, and Tax Matters teams;

    · Developing a rigorous and ongoing approach to delivering financial planning and analysis solution services and delivery operations;

    · Providing leadership, oversight, and governance with a focus on driving consistent and disciplined operational excellence;

    · Leveraging leading financial planning and business analytics tools and technologies, including AIML advances to drive strategic insights for our clients;

    · Contributing financial content and analysis related to communications with key stakeholders;

    · Management of due diligence and operational readiness process, support managed services solution design during client pursuits and negotiations;

    · Understanding new and emerging business areas important to finance;

    · Assessing on an ongoing basis, the financial health of the business and develop strategies to manage improvement use cases for client's;

    · Coaching and leading high performing teams;

    · Possessing analytical and management skills and staff development capabilities;

    · Understanding commercial instincts and an ability to analyze business performance and drivers of value creation within an enterprise;

    · Demonstrating written and oral communication skills including the ability to share technical concepts in an understandable and lucid manner;

    · Multi-tasking effectively across numerous initiatives or engagements;

    · Demonstrating critical thinking and a creative approach to problem solving and focus on being detail oriented;

    · Understanding financial modelling as well as executing effectively on scenario modelling or planning, and advanced business analytics;

    · Understanding the Firm's Independence and Risk Management policies;

    · Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills;

    · Communicates and collaborates effectively and has strong presentation skills;

    · Works independently using project management skills;

    · Builds strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;

    · Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills;

    · Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), SAP (S4Hana), and Tableau; and,

    · Preferred proficiency in Hyperion and Anaplan.
