:Técnico de laboratorio - CB1 - M Descripción del trabajo
Inspector de Calidad Jr.
Verificar y Asegurar mediante la ejecución de actividades de inspección, que la calidad del producto ter minado cumpla con las especificaciones requeridas por el cliente.
RESPONSABILIDADES FUNCIONALES
1.- Cumplir con las especificaciones registradas en el Dynamics AX, y documentarlas para mantener trazabilidad de la fabricación.
2.- Ejecutar las pruebas correspondientes según especificaciones de los productos para asegurar la calidad de los mismos.
3.- Proporcionar servicio a planta en el monitoreo de muestras de producción, con el objetivo de entregar los resultados en tiempo y forma.
4.- Proporcionar servicio de revisión al almacén de producto terminado, para la verificación de las condiciones de los recubrimientos.
5.- Elaboración de certificado de calidad, entrega de paneles de los lotes de productos a Servicio a Clientes.
6.- Inspección y registro de materia prima.
7.- Aplicación de probetas para inspección y liberación de producto terminado.
8.- Liberación o rechazo de producto terminado.
RETOS, LIBERTAD DE ACCION Y RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
·Tiempo de respuesta a muestras de producción.
·Recomendaciones de re trabajo de producto rechazado
·Liberación de productos y materias primas
·Objetivo de "CERO" reclamaciones de clientes.
·Participar en los subcomités que se le asigne así como cumplir con los lineamientos de seguridad, Legal Eagle, SOX, Ética y demás políticas de AXALTA.
CONOCIMIENTOS TECNICOS Y FUNCIONALES
·Escolaridad: Preparatoria Técnica (Laboratorista Químico, Plásticos, manufactura).
·Experiencia como Inspector de calidad de 1 a 2 años en puesto similar.
·Conocimiento de procesos de recubrimientos o plásticos.
·Conocimiento de teoría de color (deseable)
· Conocimiento y manejo de equipo analizador de partícula (Mastersizer deseable).
·Conocimiento y manejo de equipos de aplicación de recubrimientos (deseable):
·Medidor de espesores, Brillometro.
·Medidor de adherencia, impacto, Doblez.
·Conocimiento y manejo de software (Windows, office)
·Conocimiento y aplicación de políticas de Seguridad, ambientales y de Calidad (ISO , ISO 14001)
