The Fraud Prevention & Authorizations specialist will focus in the Fraud Prevention process, to prevent and detect possible losses throughout validation and confirmation of charges with card members for Consumer and Corporate products and for the markets of Mexico, Argentina, IDC and Spain.

And for the Authorizations process is responsible of provide service to Merchants in order to do secure purchases.

  • Aptitude to identify problems, determine possible solutions, and actively work to resolve the issues, with high sense of urgency.
  • Ability to build and maintain ongoing, collaborative, working relationships with co workers to achieve the goals of the work unit.
  • Knowledge of fraud operations, compliance and regulatory requirements. Availability of night shift including weekends

Months in their actual position:
For level 25 to 30: 12 months.
For level 30 to 35: 18 months.
For level 40 to 45: 24 months.
