- Proven experience in a Customer Service environment.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Portuguese.
- Excellent command of English for a multicultural work environment.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, particularly during month-end periods.
- Technical support and knowledge of O365 and live support tools.
- Basic supply chain knowledge.
- Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.
- High-level communication skills.
- Results-oriented and target-focused approach.
