    You will be pivotal in operations and supply chain management in this role. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a strategic vision, capable of driving operational excellence and innovation.     This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.

    What You'll Do Demand Planning Own a cross-functional S&OP process that consolidates input from sales, finance, andoperations teams, as well as company leadership Establish production order cadence with Cuetara (monthly, quarterly, etc.) Define production requirements (finished goods & components) Production Preparation & Management Act as the main point of contact for co-manufacturers Place POs for finished goods & manage on to completion Reconcile production runs (collect & store documentation, calculate yield) Product Management and R&D Oversee Renovation projects on existing Legacy skus Collaborate with Leadership & Cuetara Teams on the Innovation pipeline Source cost-effective shipper and display solutions Own new item creation, including UPCs, item numbers, and spec sheet updates Wholesale Management Receive and acknowledge POs (via EDI or email) Coordinate order prep, according to partner-specific requirements Schedule / coordinate freight as required; ensure on-time delivery Monitor DC inventory volumes and manage communications as necessary Oversee set up of new wholesale vendors as required Experience working with UNFI and/or KeHE preferred Shipping & Freight Submit RFQs to various freight partners to find the lowest possible rates Coordinate pickup and delivery of freight.

    Coordinate freight from Mexico (identify new Freight partner)3PL & FBA Management Act as the main point of contact for 3PL Run point on all tasks required of 3PL (e.g.

    add new products) and unblock issues Identify new 3PL and coordinate the transition Manage Amazon Fulfillment (replenishment, removals, set-up, etc.) Strategy & Optimization Continue to identify opportunities for process automation & use of technology Audit existing operational processes, partners, and contract terms and outline areas for improvement Spearhead COGS and LOGS efficiency projects What You Need Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.

    An MBA or equivalent is a plus.

    6+ years of experience in operations management in CPG Proven track record in managing S&OP processes, production planning, and product management.

    Experience in working with co-manufacturers and overseeing production. Familiarity with wholesale management and logistics, including experience with UNFI and/or KeHE. Technical Skills Proficiency in demand planning software and ERP systems. Strong understanding of supply chain management tools and inventory management systems. Knowledge of freight and shipping logistics, including international shipping (specifically from Mexico). Competence in managing 3PL and FBA operations. Leadership Skills Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership. Proven ability to mentor and develop team members. Analytical and Strategic Thinking Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to audit operational processes and identify areas for improvement. Capacity for strategic planning and spearheading COGS and LOGS efficiency projects. Project Management Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in overseeing product renovation projects and new product introductions. Other Flexibility to travel as required for the role. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing vendor relationships. Salary & Benefits Competitive salary. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT. Work from home. Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/- 1 hour accepted)
