    We are looking for SCRUM MASTER

    Requirements:

    MUST:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
  • Proven track record of leading Agile teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Advanced English

    • Mandatory:

  • Self-driven and proactive personality, with a passion for driving change and improvement

    • Nice to have, but not mandatory:

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, etc.)
  • Experience with other Agile frameworks such as Kanban or XP
  • Experience in a leadership or coaching role
