    Operations/AR/AP Specialist to perform the operational work related to revenue and expense cycles.

    This would be your job responsibilities


    • Prepare and distribute invoices to customers, with attention to sales tax implications


    • Post payments to customer accounts and communicate with customers for collection matters


    • Create work orders and quotes for customers


    • Communicate and resolve sales operation inquiries or issues with customers


    • Receive, validate, and process vendor bills for payment


    • Process banking transactions


    • Review employee expenses and process reimbursement for employees


    • Prepare reports and reconciliations on accounts payable and receivable


    • Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions


    • Assist month-end activities for financial reporting to the parent company


    • Prepare ad-hoc business reports as assigned

    You'll need:


    • Four-year college degree.


    • 3 years of work experience.


    • Positive attitude, excellent work ethics, and commitment to meet deadlines


    • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook


    • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
