    Descripción

    What you will do:
    As an Order Entry, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining orders, customer reviews, engineering changes and critical information into the company's database on a timely basis


    How you will do it:


    • Process new orders into ERP system, including accurate input data, order configuration and collect documentation from different sources.
    • Review and verify entered data for deficiencies or errors, correct errors and check all output for accuracy.
    • Process customer reviews, engineering changes and support NPI needs.
    • Provide digital orde r details and a ssist operations team as needed, maintaining updated documents.
    • Generate basic daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
    • Other related duties as requested by management.

    What we look for:


    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or mix experience.
    • Excellent organizational skills and Strong Attention to Detail.
    • M ultitasking, prioritizing and strong time management skills.
    • Good computer skills. Experience with databases and spreadsheets.

    Preferred:


    • Manufacturing experience (HVAC a plus )
    • Solving Problem Oriented
    • SAP experience as desired.
