    • Imaginate emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y siendo responsable de :

  • Plantear y ejecutar la estrategia de sus vendedores de la mano del proveedor; diagnosticando e identificando las oportunidades que presenta el negocio (oferta, inventario, selección de productos, generación de demanda, rentabilidad, entre otras)
  • Apoyar a la unidad de negocio y líderes de categorías en el análisis y construcción de materiales para reuniones con vendedores y foros internos.
  • Actuar como embajador de las marcas bajo su gestión, buscando nuevas avenidas de crecimiento y proponiendo iniciativas que contribuyan a la construcción de la experiencia de supermercado en MeLi.
  • Desarrollar y gestionar la relación con sus vendedores, stakeholders, facilitando así el cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Asegurar disponibilidad, abastecimiento y competitividad de las marcas bajo su gestión, para realizar las compras estratégicas y desarrollar tácticas de las categorías a cargo; siendo responsable del proceso de negociación, comparativas, contratos y todo lo relacionado a un proceso de abastecimiento estratégico.
  • Impulsar el uso de las herramientas del ecosistema para apalancar los resultados de la vertical.

    • Requisitos :

  • Contar con 2 años de experiencia desarrollada en posiciones similares.
  • Nivel avanzado de excel, nivel intermedio de SQL y BigQuery
  • Tener experiencia en posiciones de compras, comerciales, ventas o de marketing.
  • Poseer experiencia realizando análisis, diagnóstico y generando insights que lleven a una correcta planeación y ejecución de proyectos.
