    We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant responsible for Accounts Receivable. This position will report to the company Controller. Ideal candidate has healthcare industry accounting background, experience with Point Click Care or myUnity and other accounting or billing software.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Managing AR at select communities,
    • Invoicing residents monthly,
    • Recording payments,
    • Resolving questions and providing support to community staff and residents,
    • Updating system for resident changes,
    • Assisting in training of new hires at the communities on AR process
    • Working with communities on aged accounts.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business preferred.
    • 2+ years of relevant work experience
    • Previous experience in multifamily housing, healthcare, or senior retirement industry a plus.
    • Highly detail oriented & organized.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
    • Able to meet assigned deadlines.
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
    • Must be able to effectively handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
    • Ability to work independently & as part of a team
