    About our client

    We are currently working with a seasoned private equity real estate in Mexico with solid presence in the real estate sector. Our client is seeking a VP of strategy, portfolio management & transactions to oversee fund and debt raising, corporate finance, M&A and capital markets, as well as the investment portfolio management. This position is based in Mexico City. What the job involves
    • Actively participate in capital raising, deal sourcing, through the investment process until execution
    • Work closely with senior management coordinating strategic planning and resource allocation
    • Monitor and review reports on progress and performance of the fund
    • Support the management team in overseeing strategy, budgeting, risk, talent, compensation, and M&A initiatives
    • Take an active part in outlining and implementing the fund's future strategy
    • Overlook and analyze assets' performance, ensuring the portfolio is on track, mitigating potential issues
    • Represent the fund to the market, to partners and to all applicable stakeholders and relevant authorities
    • Build and maintain relationships through the real estate sector and liaise with internal teams
    Who we are looking for
    • Experience in the investment process from capital raising to execution
    • Solid experience in M&A, portfolio management, and tax
    • Strong skills in due diligence, financial modeling, and valuations
    • Analytical, organized, and self-driven
    • Attention to detail
    • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
