    Functions, Duties, Tasks:

    • Recruiting, management and development of finance staff
    • Ownership of Financial Planning and Reporting processes including annualplanning, quarterly/monthly forecasting, closing, analysis and reporting of IBTkey components (Sales, Pricing, COPS, Admin Expenses) and Cash flow.
    • Ownership of Operations processes such as Customer Service, Treasury and Credit & Collections
    • Implement and sustain KPIs to monitor overall team performance as well as Affiliate's main financial results.
    • Proactively manage and communicate risks & opportunities to Affiliate CFO and General Manager, as well as design and track protection plans & contingencies
    • Primary contact for corporate reporting and Ad-hoc request from Regional and Global Finance teams.
    • Lead corporate projects including SAP, TM1 and Tableau implementations
    • Ensure Finance team becomes key business partners to Marketing & Commercial teams Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):
    • Bachelor's in business administration, Accounting, Economics or Engineering (required)
    • Minimum 8 years of experience with increasing responsibility in Corporate Finance/Controlling (required); Audit and Treasury experience in publicly traded company (desired)
    • Minimum 3 years of experience managing people (required)
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP (required); Experience in SAP implementation (desired)
