- Collaborates with other teams to ensure high quality smooth releases for the platform, ensuring that the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process is followed. Ensures the production issues are proactively addressed with well defined Service Level Agreement (SLAs). Ensures the daily monitoring of the production logs to verify the traffic and to identify any potential threats and/or risks. Compiles quality control reports and recommend continuous improvement activities. Ensures that all related compliance requirements are addressed.
- Ensures that end to end QA Lifecycle is well implemented in projects using suitable methodologies like Agile, Waterfall so the overall quality is achieved in the project. Oversees the test execution and the issue resolution process. Defines execution and defect resolution priority based on key functionalities of the project. Ensures the delivery of the testing evidences for client evaluation and sign-off of the UAT testing phase. Builds a strong and dedicated QA repository. Participates in daily scrums so as to remain current on changes and new developments on new and existing software applications/releases
- Collaborates with key stakeholders on the schedule for project implementation, test deliverables submission and test phases sign-off. Defines the allocation of test teams based on the Project Implementation priority defined with Project Management and the client. Assists in guiding development and support activities for respective area to include problem resolution/management, application maintenance, project requests and system enhancements.
- Participates in occasional client meetings with the purpose to gain consensus or compromise on concerns. Conducts internal client communication with the purpose to build relationships, gain consensus and/or negotiate issues. Serves as Subject Matter Expert for Platform(s) or component(s). Educates the company on the capabilities of the platform and team. Manages risk products used by external clients. Gathers marketing data and feedback from clients on trends regarding risk management.
- Provides input for identifying potential development of new products, application features and services to increase revenue, productivity, product strength, or reduce risk. Collaborates with leaders across team to identify opportunities for process and platform improvements as well as resolve issues/roadblocks. Represents the platform in various focus groups to meet company objectives.
- Leads a team which carries out the detailed testing of product and their components at different stages of development. Mentors and develops the skills of the team resources which includes awareness of the basic process and methodologies. Mentors team on business knowledge as well as technical aspects of applications.
