- Lead generation to build a portfolio of clients through industry leading technology
- Function as the liaison between clients, carriers, shippers, and receivers
- Develop long term relationships with customers by providing first in class customer service
- Manage the expectations of the clients needs by scheduling appointments for MVT'sOutside Sales Representatives to meet with the client in person or over a video conferencecall (whichever is preferred by the client).
- Using industry leading technology provide market competitive pricing for customershipments
- Collaborate with team members on pricing strategies and solution decisions
- Proficient computer skills.
