    Asume un nuevo desafío y aplica tu experiencia en Administración en un nuevo campo de vanguardia. Te reportarás a la gerencia del equipo de Operaciones de RH y trabajarás junto con un equipo fresco y dinámico para cumplir las metas del área.

    Acudiremos a ti para:

  • Dar seguimiento al proceso de pago de proveedores de servicios de Pensiones, Beneficios y Pre ingreso.
  • Gestionar la administración de la oficina y los proveedores de la misma, desde la solicitud de compra hasta el pago de facturas: mantenimiento, limpieza, agua, alquiler, Tecnologías e Información, etc.
  • Apoyar en actividades de incorporación de nuevos miembros.
  • Brindar apoyo en actividades administrativas varias para las oficinas y los equipos de HRO

  • Tienes estudios universitarios concluidos preferentemente en administración de empresas o afín.
  • Cuentas con experiencia en administracion de oficinas, coordinación de actividades, control de agenda.
  • Eres una persona con alto sentido de servicio a cliente, facilidad de comunicación, orientado al detalle.
  • Cuentas con experiencia en manejo de proveedores de diferentes regiones.
  • Nivel de Inglés Avanzado, indispensable para mantener una conversación en el idioma.
