    Activities
    • Serve as clients' first point of contact, providing empathetic communication and guidance.
    • Manage files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Assist in the preparation and filling forms and documents.
    • Schedule and coordinate appointments, interviews, and meetings.
    • Conduct administrative tasks such as interviewing clients, requesting documents, submitting them promptly to the appropriate agencies, and maintaining records.
    • Work closely with the team to ensure timely progress.
    • Provide general support to the team as needed
      Qualifications
    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a law firm or in a corporate legal department.
    • Experience with office management systems and procedures.
    • Previous experience in the Legal field is a plus.
    • Comfortable with phone and in person reception duties.
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality for handling sensitive information.
    • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload,l and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Flexible and adaptable to change including the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
