- Serve as a strategic advisor on talent acquisition to assigned hiring leaders and business units.
- Possess and present market insights to hiring managers.
- Proactively address business challenges affecting talent acquisition and communicate with stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships, resolving conflicts, and supporting team members to do the same.
- Act as the main contact for daily recruitment operations.
- Conduct detailed job scope meetings with hiring managers to define position requirements and offer insights on search strategies or candidate needs.
- Review applicants in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements and determine suitable candidates for the recruitment process.
- Develop recruitment marketing plans and sourcing strategies aligned with search criteria.
- Source candidates through CV/resume databases, search engines, and networking platforms using Boolean search language.
- Request and pursue referrals from business networks and internal sources.
- Utilize various media channels to reach out to talent communities (e.g., phone, email, social media).
- Effectively present the job opportunity value to interested candidates.
- Ensure candidates receive timely updates on their application status and interview progress.
- Independently compare candidate phone interview notes and skill assessments with job requirements to determine suitable matches.
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process, maintaining regular communication on search status.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize offer details, using market data and compensation benchmarks for guidance.
- Present job offers and facilitate candidate acceptance, handling counteroffers as needed.
- Strict adherence to all regulations (OFCCP, GDPR, and other data privacy laws) and compliance standards.
- Ensure a robust candidate pool by continually building talent pipelines for ongoing recruitment needs.
- Provide accurate and regular reports on recruitment activities to hiring managers and Kerry leadership, highlighting key metrics and initiatives.
- Identify and address search challenges, researching and proposing solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively update hiring managers on search progress, offering consultative advice on next steps.

About the Role
This position offers an exciting opportunity to become a Talent Acquisition Partner at Kerry, focusing on supporting North America. You have the flexibility to work remotely in Latin America or work in a hybrid setup at our location in Queretaro, MX. As a key member of the NAMER Talent Acquisition team, your role involves building relationships with candidates, collaborating with business leaders to grasp their evolving hiring needs, and attracting top talents to meet our expanding business demands. You will handle a variety of recruitment tasks, from entry-level to experienced positions, and facilitate internal transitions between roles.
