    Overview

    The responsibilities of the IT Business Partner are to understand the GSC business problems and processes and to be able to translate those needs into Technical IT Solutions. Responsibilities will include be a Champion of Cybersecurity in whole factory and align to strategic priorities, participate in cross-functional activities to support, and allow business continuity. This position will collaborate and work with regional and global teams depends on projects.

    This position is main point of contact for all GSC BU, sometimes he/she became a bridge with other digital teams. Such as SAP, Connectivity, Assets Mgmt., Tech Partners, Security etc.

    Coordinate infrastructure changes or new enhancements based of Business Needs.

    What will I do on this role?

    • Support other teams with technical requirements of existing applications.
    • Be essential key contact for NAMProjects in CTO Manufacturing Plant.
    • Documentation and support for Digital projects.
    • Work with GSC Area to ensure Digital Adoption.
    • Documentation and support for GSC (Global Supply Chain ) projects.
    • CyberSecurity site lead, Improve Posture.
    • Understand Support and collaboration in regional NAM projects related with Connectivity and infrastructure.
    • Be able to communicate and share ideas with many stakeholders.
    • Collaborate and report high level status to a plant manager.
    • Be able to Troubleshoot key users.
    • Willing to support extra hours or backup other peers.
    • Coordinate and collaborate power outage, electrical maintenance, data center changes, UPS, etc.
    • Reduce and prevent Technical Debt across organization, Including Shadow IT and infrastructure landscape by retiring non-sustainable assets.
    • Be able to delegate efficiently with other teammates such as: Tech Partners, In-Plants, vendors, scholarship.
    • Collaborate with MES project and strategyteam to achieve the goals.
    • Developing predictive and descriptive dashboards as need.
    • Leveraging automation opportunities in order to drive growth in the most lean and efficient manner
    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
    • Experience managing Oracle databases or SQL databases.
    • Experience on agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban
    • Experience implementing change data capture extraction processes and systems.
    • Experienceon GSC (Global Supply Chain ) Business processes.
    • Experience on IoT.
    • Experience on Business Intelligencetools such as: Tableau, Power Bi and similar.
      Oral and written communication skills
    • Advanced level of English (mandatory)
